Abstract

The case concerns a patient with right ureteropelvic junction obstruction and bifid pelvis of left kidney with hydronephrosis of the upper calyxes due to obstructing stone.

The video shows the intraoperative surgical management.

The case is interesting given the low frequency of this type of reconstructive surgery
